Sarah was born in Florida, grew up in Wisconsin, toured the country with her pop-punk band in her early 20s, spent nearly a decade in Los Angeles working in the music industry, then hit the road again in her early 30s with her solo project Gardening, Not Architecture before moving to Nashville in 2012.

By day, Sarah is a planning analyst for an IT company. By night, she is a musician, performance artist, event producer, mindfulness mentor, and community organizer.
